We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Hair products, cosmetics, and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please email us at kkbeautysupply02@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Send us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) depending on the situation.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:
Opened or used products
Hair extensions or wigs (if packaging is opened)
Clearance or final sale items
Personal care items for hygiene reasons
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
